the NeuroAI and Dynamics Lab at Yale University!
We’re a theoretical neuroscience lab that uses a neuro-AI approach to study sleep, spatial cognition, and memory. We build artificial intelligence (AI) systems inspired by the brain, figure out how to make them generate activity like that seen in the brain during sleep, and study how that activity can be used to support learning and spatial navigation tasks in virtual environments.
